    Orders in stock are usually shipped within 1–3 business days.

    What shipping methods do you use?

    We primarily use the Spanish postal service to offer you the best value. However, we make exceptions for stockists and bulk orders.

    What if my tracking number doesn’t work?

    Confirmation is sent when your shipping label is printed, please allow up to 12 hours for this information to update.

    How long does it take for a refund to go through?

    We will process your return as soon as we receive it, please allow 3–10 days for your bank account to update.

    We’ll do out best to get your delivery sent as soon as possible. All our products are hand made in Barcelona and we do accept back orders. This means that we sometimes make the products to order and they may take a few days longer to ship. We hope you understand, and you will be getting a limited edition fashion item.
